Brian Garrett is President of Community Bank of the Bay.  He’s a great guy and a real friend to First Fridays and the Oakland Black business community.  Will Hobbs is on his management team and is a solid brother who helps with the bank’s management and lending decisions.  This is a great bank for individuals and small to mid-size businesses.
